The Braves had their final competition against other Huron League teams on our home course at Willow, and the results were impressive. As a team, they collectively shaved off 22 minutes and 17 seconds from their times compared to the Huron Invite at the start of the season. Well done, Braves! Time Improvement from Huron Invite 9/14 In the boys’ race, two Braves runners placed in the top 14, led by Christian Miller in 8th (9:13.7 17sec) and Grayson Kosenko 10th (9:20.4 14sec). The boys had five more runners finish in the half of the field with Edward Jackson coming in at 15th (9:47.3 1min 42sec), Jayce Allen Bronstein 21st (10:19.3 56sec), Clint Lambrix 23rd (10:27.4), Caleb Little 24th (10:47.8 9sec) and Clay Lambrix 29th (11:04.5). Beckett Leja finished 33rd (11:14.1 1min 30sec) out of 57 runners, followed by Sam Brophy 35th (11:21.2 2min 12sec), Justin Block 42nd (12:09.8 3min 11sec), Brandon Bryant 44th (12:29.6 2min 49sec), and Joshua William Bronstein 51st (14:03.7 2min 41sec).

In the girls’ race, Isabella Inman was the Huron League Jamboree 3 runner-up placing 2nd overall (9:36.1) and amongst the league’s top 14. Tiffany Perecki finished in top half, placing 19th (11:18.3 3min 50sec). Paxton Little was close to the top half coming in at 29th (12:20.0 3min 6sec) out of 55 runners, Hadley Shrum 35th (13:14.0), Bailee Stamper 44th (14:11.3 1 21sec), Brooklyn Bryant 48th (14:38.3).
